Situated in the inter-mountain West and only 35 minutes from a major airport, the Swanson Tactical Training Center has created what is unquestionably one of the nation’s premier training facilities. The partnership between Shipley Tactical and Swanson Tactical provides a training package that is unmatched.  Capable of simulating city law enforcement and rural combat operations, with one of the nation’s largest indoor training facilities as well as thousands of acres of Afghanesque mountain and desert terrain, Shipley Tactical is uniquely suited to meet your needs. Some of the highlights of our training facilities include:

• A multimillion dollar 60,000 square foot indoor complex that includes simulated schools, fully furnished homes, hotels, stocked convenience stores, banks, and paved streets
• More than 2,000 acres of desert, foothill, and mountain terrain, offering unrestricted off-road access for sniper, ATV, equestrian and convoy operations training
• A high-speed, high-maneuver driving track
• Ti and FATS Simulator training labs for live fire training of close combat scenarios. Training Labs enable the instructor and student to debrief after a scenario and complete any remediation on the spot, saving time while greatly enhancing training. We can also create scenarios to suite your unit’s specific needs.
• Full video camera coverage of all training areas—including low-light cameras for simulated night operations—to provide highly detailed video feedback for debriefings
• State of the art covered and heated 32-station 100-meter and 300-meter shooting ranges with moving targets
• A 3,200 square foot defensive tactics training area with striking dummies and close-quarters fighting rooms
• A 360° M.A.T.C.H. house
